  • Free UK tracked shipping on orders over £75

  • £4.95 tracked shipping on orders under £75

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days

International

  • EU shipping: £14.99 tracked

  • Rest of world: £23.99 tracked

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination

  • All international orders are sent via tracked services

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Many of our pieces are rare or vintage.

Rentals

How Rentals Work

Rentals are processed manually to avoid availability clashes.
To request a rental, please email hello@azuraarchive.com.

We will confirm availability and provide instructions for shipping, collection, and return.

Shipping or Collection

  • Rentals can be shipped worldwide

  • All rental shipping costs are charged to the renter

  • All rental shipments are tracked

  • Items may also be collected and returned from our South London showroom (appointment only)

Returns

  • Return shipping must be tracked

  • Items must be returned on the agreed date

  • Late returns may incur additional fees

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
